The 6-Day Program
Day 1
We start with the whole person. Participants unwind, connect, and prepare their mindset for deep work through guided wellness activities, community building, and a shared intention-setting session.
Day 2
Using the Diamond Goal method, participants define their core ambition with precision — aligning personal purpose with business direction to establish a clear north star for the bootcamp.
Day 3
Who do you need around you to win? Participants map their ideal team ecosystem — identifying key roles, collaborators, and partners needed to execute their vision at scale.
Day 4
Deep profiling of the ideal customer. Participants build rich tribe personas — moving beyond demographics to understand beliefs, behaviours, and desires that drive buying decisions.
Day 5
Using the Creationships Business Model Canvas, participants design or redesign their full business model — mapping value proposition, revenue streams, cost structure, and key partnerships.
Day 6
The culminating day. Each participant presents their refined vision, business model, and 90-day action plan to the full cohort and invited guests. Teams align on shared next steps, celebrate the journey, and leave with a concrete roadmap for execution.
