Why this training exists

Most innovation training teaches frameworks. This one builds your business.

Frameworks without sequence produce decks. Frameworks in the wrong sequence produce confident pivots in unsustainable directions. The Creationships Training fixes that.

Eight modules — each a precondition for the next — move you from identity to value proposition to business model to P&L. By the time you reach Module 8, you are not deciding whether to build something. You are deciding who else needs to be on the team.

The training is the same in all three editions. What changes is the application: a single founder running it solo, a leadership team running it on their business, or an internal innovation unit running it on a portfolio.

Eight modules. Each one a deliverable.

Every module ends with a concrete output. Nothing abstract, nothing theoretical. You finish each one with something you can show, defend, or sell.

Module 01 - Diamond Goal

Articulate the personal compass that sits above your business. Most founders confuse mission with job description — this module separates them once and for all, and gives you the language to test every future decision against it.

Output — written mission statement that survives pressure.

Module 02 - Tribe

Identify the persona who most needs your superpower — and is ready to pay for it. The training generates five candidate tribes; you select one based on fit and economic readiness. Wrong tribe equals wrong everything downstream.

Output — selected primary persona with rationale.

Module 03 - Pains & Gains

Ten pains and ten gains for your selected persona, ordered by impact. Forces you past surface symptoms into the structural blockers and aspirations that drive purchase decisions.

Output — ranked pain & gain canvas.

Module 04 - Pain Relievers & Gain Creators

Map what you can deliver against what the tribe needs. Hard constraint: you only keep what you can deliver with ease and consistency. Everything else becomes someone else’s business model.

Output — filtered list of deliverable relievers and creators.

Module 05 - Value Proposition

Package the fit between tribe and superpower into something specific and sellable. Module ends with a working landing page or value proposition prototype — not a slide.

Output — completed value proposition canvas + live landing page.

Module 06 - Business Model Canvas

Build the business outward from the value proposition: customer segments, channels, customer relationships — and inward: key activities, key resources, key partnerships. One canvas per value proposition.

Output — completed Business Model Canvas in Strategyzer.

Module 07 - Revenue & Cost Model

Run revenue and cost per value proposition using Strategyzer’s calculator. AI assistant helps validate and balance the numbers. The output is a defensible P&L — not a wishful one.

Output — estimated P&L per value proposition.

Module 08 - Team & Resources

Identify every role needed to execute the canvas. For each role: objectives, commitments, resource requirements, risks. The deliverable is a team canvas that doubles as a fundable project proposal.

Output — team canvas and submission-ready project proposal.
